Where do you deliver? We offer Free delivery from Black Point to Wildwood. A $10.00 delivery fee will apply outside those areas.
What if I'm not home? If there is no answer when we attempt delivery, we will try and contact the customer via text or email. If we are unsuccessful we will leave the order at the customer's doorstep. The customer accepts all responsibility to collect the order in a timely manner.
Can I pick up my order? Yes! Pick up is the preferred method. Make that selection on your order form and we will send you directions upon confirmation of your order.
What is your cancellation policy? All orders are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. A minimum of 5 days notice is required for any change in a customer's delivery date.
Do you accept last-minute orders? A week's notice is preferred although we will do our best to accommodate customers last-minute requests. Custom orders cannot be guaranteed with less than 7 days notice.
Do you operate in an allergy-free environment? We do our best to ensure items do not come in contact with allergens, but we cannot guarantee it.
How long will my delivery stay fresh? We make all our orders the same day as your delivery. Platters can be kept in the fridge and served within 7 hours maximum, 4 hours is the ideal time. Keep in mind, that condensation will affect the texture of crunchy items.
